Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently. As a Data Entry Fresher, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems and different client portals (we will provide training on this).
2. Verify and correct data discrepancies.
3. Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accordance with established procedures.
4. Assist in maintaining data integrity and quality standards.
5. Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues (Onshore and Offshore team).
6. Perform data cleansing and validation as needed.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or equivalent.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong time management skills.
6. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
7. Typing speed at-least 25-30 words per minute.
