Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a global NGO that provides youth with a FREE 1 year training program that serves as a pathway to professional jobs.
We are hiring Facilitators/English teachers to coach our students. Student age group is 15 years and above.
Job Requirements and terms of appointment
• Ability to learn and grow. Dedicated and passionate
• Derive satisfaction from shaping and educating youngsters
• Good command over English.
• Minimum qualification is a graduation (any subject).
• Ability to manage Classroom per Freedom Employability Academy requirements
• Full time:8 hours per day. Either morning shift(6 am to 2 pm) or afternoon shift (1 pm to 9 pm)
• There would be 2 rounds of interviews. 1st interview will be done telephonically, 2nd interview would be through Zoom or face to face at Lucknow. Date would be informed separately.
• 30 workings days compulsory training program in Lucknow starting in December,2021 (date to be decided).
Training time: 9 AM to 6 PM.
• A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our training program. This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.
• Appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the training program.
• One year employment commitment required for the first year since we are going to invest heavily in your training.
• Training visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months.

Gross Starting Salary: Rs. 16,900 per month. In addition, we spend Rs. 95,000 per year per teacher/facilitator on professional development.
