Growth Marketing Specialist:
As a Growth Marketer at FlytBase, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to create and implement data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate the value of our drone autonomy software platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Demand generation: Identify and execute strategies to to drive awareness and demand
Content Marketing: Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other resources to educate and engage our target audience.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyze email performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, and others to connect with potential customers and industry influencers.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the drone industry and its ecosystem is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation:
