Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and understanding the different Finance verticals and processes.
• Work on diverse assignments & business relevant challenges to build capability & gain critical experiences
• Studying the benchmark industry standards & practices and conducting thorough gap analysis
• Develop innovative ideas & solutions to complex situations to complex situations and tasks with proactive contributions and adaptability
• Handle statutory reporting requirements and ensuring that it meets applicable accounting principles and relevant regulations in India
• Work on a business relevant challenges pertaining to:

1. Business Process Re-engineering
2. Financial Analysis and Review
3. Budgeting, Planning & Forecast
4. Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management
5. Audit, Control & Compliance etc

Desired Candidate Profile:

• CA Fresher (Only First Attempt) – 2023 passout
• Should possess good oral and written communication
• Should possess good analytical and numerical skills
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
