We are in the middle of setting up new finance shared services operations at our Pune office. We will be servicing different geographies and functions out from here. Your work in the role of Finance Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the continuous success of the company and supporting process of Finance Manager in making strategic company decisions. 

We are looking for Finance Specialists for various roles. Are you an expert in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable or General Ledger Accounting or Collections?

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Recording Account payables in ERP on a daily basis for all countries of the region
• Recording Account Receivables in ERP on a daily basis for all countries of the region
• Performing collections from North America clients
• General administrative and financial affairs
• Keeping various records and statistics
• Follows the accounting and auditing processes and procedures in the conduct of its business
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Develops and enhances reports it pulls from business databases

Qualifications
More about you

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other equivalent degree 
• 5+ Years of AP or AR or GL Experience 
• Excellent communication skills.
• You have experience in general accounting, taxes, account payables & receivables, consolidation, fixed assets, closed period, reporting, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel (Advanced level)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERPs 
• Written and spoken fluency in English is essential
• Knowledge of USGAAP or IFRS 
• Experience in Share Service Center is highly desirable, or in global financial structures.
• Able to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Willingness to work in US time zone or evening shift
