Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
Salary: 21,000 – 28,000 with ESI & PF
Shift Timing: Rotational Night shift
Location: Saltlake, Sector 5
Male/ Female both can apply
Fresher/ Experience both can apply
Working Day: 2 Days Consecutive Rotational Week-off

Skill required:

• Should Have excellent English Sense in Speaking and writing.
• Should Reside within Kolkata, or can relocate to Kolkata Within 1 day.
• Should be Double Doozed Vaccinated
• Should be comfortable with Night shift and work from office.

Job Role:

• Resolve customer complaints via Chat.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
