Job Description- Executive Assistant
Executive Support: The primary role is to provide comprehensive support. This includes managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication. Should be able to draft emails, reports, and other documents and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Organization: Strong sense of organization is vital to help on top of its tasks. This includes managing files, keeping track of important documents, and ensuring that the workspace is organized.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently is essential. Focus on high-priority activities and manage its time effectively.
Information Management: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and relevant news. The person should provide with regular updates on relevant information and research.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing various projects within the agency. This involves coordinating with different teams, setting deadlines, and ensuring that projects are on track.
Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality. The assistant should handle sensitive information with the utmost care. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms is essential. Knowledge of project management software and CRM systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address issues as they arise. The assistant should be resourceful and capable of finding solutions to challenges that may emerge. Networking: Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Attending industry events and conferences.
Multitasking: Handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Prioritizing and managing time efficiently is key. Proactive Attitude: Proactive mindset is essential. Able to anticipate the needs and take initiative to address them.
Education and Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or within the media marketing industry.
