Position Overview: As a Senior Program Manager for OneS4 , you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our ERP system to ensure it aligns with our business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation within the organization by leveraging our OneS4 solution. You will be the central point of contact in a cross-functional projects with a high number of high-level stakeholders with different requirements and expectations to be satisfied. Excellent communications and planning skills are required, on top of coordination, management by objectives, prioritization and delivery expected outcomes.
Currently we uses data from 17 ERP systems, out of which some are SAP and some are non -standard ERPs. As part of data and digital transformation, these ERP systems will migrate into one single SAP S/4 HANA (internally named OneS4), along with their data and processes.
Key Responsibilities
OneS4 Program Leadership: Develop and execute program strategy, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk and issue management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure alignment with business approved outcomes and expectations.
Project Management: Lead a team of project managers and specialists to execute projects on time, within budget and in line with scope agreed. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep the program on track.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that products and services meet the company’s needs. Negotiate and evaluate performance, make recommendations for improvements.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth adoption to the system for users. Ensure training programs are in place to maximize user adoption and proficiency.
Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes to validate data accuracy, system functionality, and performance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders collaborating properly with PMO Team. Communicate program goals, achievements, and challenges to ensure transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement. Lead initiatives to continuously improve processes and functionalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Program Manager with a minimum of 10 years in program management.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and ERP software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
