JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company
2. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
5. Negotiating with clients.
6. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
7. Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
8. Support the team with other responsibilities as required
9. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
