• Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System
• Identification of deviations from the management system or from the procedures for performing laboratory activities
• Initiation of actions to prevent or minimize such deviations
• Reporting to Technical lead / Functional Head /Technical Manager/Quality Manager on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement
• Ensuring the effectiveness of laboratory activities
• Support Technical Manager for customer contracts
• Preparation of Test / calibration Plan on receipt of work order file from CST
• Carrying out testing /calibration as per the agreed specification
• Preparation of test reports and calibration certificates
• Daily maintenance of respective equipment wherever assigned.
• To ensure the required environmental and electrical conditions are maintained
• Any other work assigned from time to time by Technical Manager and Business Head.
