Job Location: Bangalore, Sadashivnagar

Responsibilities
 Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization  Conduct diagnostic studies
 Interview the client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders  Prepare business proposals and presentations
 Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions  Present findings and recommendations to clients
 Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out  Manage projects and programs
 Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.  Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of talent
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and rewards high performers
 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs both technical and behavioral skills
Basic Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree
 Core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
 Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
 Exceptional problem-solving skills – and analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
 People-oriented and results-driven
 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹448,275.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
