• Require a pleasant personality to work as counsellor for young students and help them understand the importance of navigating a career.
• Must be a good listener and be trained in matching candidate needs to a future career.
• Academic counsellors are responsible for helping shape young minds with care and affection and not with the use of force.
• Qualification in psychology will be preferred
• Fresher are acceptable. Training will be provided for taking career test, counselling, overseas education counselling.
• Telecalling and counselling is an integral part of the job.
• Handling of original student documents and supporting branch work.
