Lead and manage customer support team, Setup KRA, SLAs using Remedy, ServiceNow like customer support tools.
-Keep your team motivated.
-Keep tab on all issues which are reported by various business users
-Keep in touch with Product team for new releases and training teams according to their responsibility
-Check quality of customer support tasks and plan the trainings & reinforcement sessions for improving in general customer support quality
-Report to management about customer success monthly reports
-Invent/discover new channels and method to improve customer success
-Responsible for adherence to best practices for SFDC custom development and deployment processes
-Creates and manages technical documentation as required
-Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations
-Responsible for Salesforce quarterly release, code release and deployment activities through Git
-Preapare and drive deployment plan meetings with Dev, Support and FA teams.
-Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
-Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
-Must follow the information security practices set by the Company, as well as any additional departmental or other applicable information security practices. –You are expected to adhere to all Eaton policies and exercise good judgement in the protection of information resources Qualifications

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 year or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities)
  • Hands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
  • Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript would be a plus
  • 8-12 Years experience in IT CRM development/support. 2-3 Years experience on Salesforce CRM Dev/support
