• Scorecards – Monthly to be updated and sent to the top 20 suppliers. Top 5 get a different one.
• Past Due PO email suppliers for new dates. Update PO’s with new dates. – Daily.
• Market Health tool. Market health based off of ABCxyz analysis by group and buyer with STDdev calcs from the IE entitlement tool. Daily.
• CW stockout Report. – Daily.
• Main Warehouse Stockout report. – Daily.
• Inventory Tank by buyer and group. – Daily.
• . Demand Planning, PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement & follow up with suppliers
• . Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs and managing orders till delivery
  . Meeting the SLAs as defined.
  . Creating and timely upgrading the SOPs and other related documents, meeting QMS requirements.
  . Timely resolution of On Hold invoices for the various sites working closely with site, suppliers, IM team.
  . Day to day communication with various stakeholders like Site Buyers, SCM Manager, Suppliers with timely actions and resolutions, attending site tier meeting.
  . Working Knowledge of ERP
  . Negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
  . Knowledge on cost analysis, cost estimations of outsourced parts, should costing.
  . Should have hands on experience of Part Rationalization, Standardization.
  . Sound knowledge of End to End P2P cycle, Product Costing & Manufacturing Processes.
  . Should be able to initiate and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Saving, Productivity Targets.
  . Proficient knowledge on SCM functions.

Qualifications

1. Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream
2. 4 – 5 yrs experience/ 1-2 years of experience for MBA
3. Purchasing exposure in Manufacturing or Electrical Industry or shared service center
4. Domain Knowledge – SCM
5. Supply Planning Supplier Schedulling
6. Reporting and Analysis
7. PO and Supply Management
8. Order Mgt (ERPs / IT Applications/CRM Application)
9. Master Data Management
10. E&O Management & Liquidation
11. Logistics Co-Ordination
