MBA in Human Resources or any relevant education with experience.
Prior 2-4 Years of Experience of hands-on experience in any such Manufacturing industry will be given preference.

Job Responsibility :
To roll out and implement HR policies as per organization guidelines.
To carry out recruitment-related activities.
To carry out induction and orientation of new entrants.
To carry statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, and gratuity.
To initiate training activities for the employee.
To initiate and complete confirmation, promotion process of
employees.
To facilitate and extend help to Finance in the monthly payroll processing, Full & Final settlement.
To maintain time attendance, leave records of the employees in system.
To maintain complete Employee Record
To initiate employee welfare activities.
To carry out Admin activities.
To complete separation/exit formalities of employees.
Agreeing timescales and specifications with clients and managers
Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
