Social & Digital Marketing
– Marketing & Social-Digital is at the core of Oxymoney. As we kickstart our marketing journey through online and offline modes and generate digital leads, a specialist will be required to analyze and monitor on a daily basis. Digital media is an ocean of opportunities and is continuously evolving/shifting. This critical role will help the organization transition towards the next level of growth through various cost-effective and timely BTL, ATL & Social & digital measures.
– The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across various social media platforms and digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
– Create, manage, and optimize organic and paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
– Plan and execute WhatsApp, Email, SMS marketing campaigns.
– Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content for social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone.
– Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc., to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
– Plan and execute website updates as per requirements. Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are plus.
– Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates, providing insights for website optimization.
– Monitor competitor activities in the digital space, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms and emerging digital marketing technologies/tools, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation to maintain optimal reach and engagement levels.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
a) Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s/Mater degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
b) Work Experience:
– Proven experience of 6 – 7 years in developing and executing social-digital marketing campaigns, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising capabilities, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Facebook, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools etc.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various social media platforms.
