Job Description Being A Part Of Network Operations Team At CloudConnect You Will Be Required To Do Following * Vendor Management Including Initial Connectivity, Configuration, Incoming/Outgoing Issues, Outage Issues * Incident Management-Troubleshoot, Reproduce, Root-Cause Analysis, Escalation And Follow Ups * Daily Calls , Feature Testing, Application And Platform Testing, Server Accessibility And Connectivity * Create Various Documents And Reports Like Network Flow, Call Flow, Invoicing Report, Pending And Running Issues * Handle Escalations Of Platform, Mobile, PSTN * Handle Portal Configuration And Accessibility * Manage Server Accessibility, HDD Monitor, Server Load Monitor, Security Management * Network Infrastructure Management-Existing Devices, Device Upgradation And Enhancement Skills Set Required * Good Communication Skills In English Both Verbal And Written * Decent Personality * Willing To Learn, Open To Change And Self-Motivated * Open To Travel * Networking Skills Both In Software * Knowledge Of VOIP/SIP Protocol * Server Troubleshooting And Maintenance Experience * Basic Skills Or Hands On Experience On LINUX Systems * 24*7 Availability Or Ready To Work In Both Day And Night Shifts
