We seek candidates with strong subject matter expertise in the area of patient support and engagement programs (PSP). The candidate should have a strong understanding of the PSP space in India, its evolution and key trends that have emerged in the last 2 years. Strong knowledge of competition and their activities is a must. The candidate should have an acumen to design PSP solutions and constantly adapt it to changing market needs. The candidate should have played an instrumental role in generating business for PSP as well as executing these programs following stringent governance and compliance guidelines. The candidate should have strong industry connects and should be able to sell organization solutions.
A minimum experience of 10 years in roles involving business development, delivery team leads and subject matter experts of which atleast 5-6 years should be of working on agency/PSP partner side. Knowledge and experience of working in local India market a must
Principal Accountabilities:
Understanding of PSP landscape in India
– Understanding of the changing trends, the emergence of new players, evolving client needs in patient care and engagement
– Understanding of competition products and solutions, key clientele, strengths and weaknesses, future strategy for growth
– Understanding of new players emerged in this space, their solutions and fitment to patient care
– Business development and client relationship management
– Product development and up gradation to keep with changing market needs
– Business development to tap into key clients, understand their business objectives and design the optimal solution
– Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients, and prepare business proposals and price the services with extensive budget preparations
– Delivery head, project supervision and subject matter expertise
– Stakeholder management (Internal & External)
– Provide industry and subject area thought leadership for Market Access in terms of white papers, publications, customer and industry forums
– Proactively work with stakeholders in areas of training, transition, quality control and assurance, transformation, automation and process improvements
– Ensuring successful project deliveries, audit compliance and checks
