Team leaders – – We are looking for experienced professionals who wish to make the next career move and climb to the position of team leaders. T team leader will be entrusted with the day to day operations of the team members aligned to him/her and will be fully responsible for their performance.
Purpose – Manage a team of data entry operators in achieving periodic performance benchmarks
Duties –
- Help in training and grooming freshers for data entry and processing
- Ensure 100% accuracy of all deliveries that go out
- Prepare reports and summaries of KPIs and present to leadership team
- Help to draw up and execute KRA’s that will help meet overall organizational objectives Skills – Problem solving and analyzing abilities is highly regarded, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to details, ability to work under tight timelines, and is results driven.
