WITHIN YOUR TEAM
You will join the Commercial Excellence team that works with the entire value chain at Videojet India. You will report into the ‘Director – Commercial Excellence’ focused on the commercial business that is headquartered out of Mumbai.
THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Be a subject matter expert to enhance the efficiency across processes using SFDC (Sales & Service) / CPQ methodologies. It also involves working with stakeholders across the board to identify and resolve issues faced by users. Owning the capability building initiatives to grow the salesforce skill set in users across the organization.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
Business Partner: Be an interface between commercial and IT SFDC/CPQ Development and Support Team. Partner with the Commercial team to understand the process-related issues faced by all the Salesforce users in the organization and resolve them in coordination with the technical team.
Sustainability Champion: To work in-alignment with Videojet Global strategy team to identify areas of improvement in SFDC / CPQ methodologies. Work closely with the Commercial, IT Salesforce Support and Development Team for execution of identified projects in SFDC / CPQ space.
Play the role of a ‘Super User (Gate Keeper)’ for all the requests towards SFDC/CPQ functionality/change requests coming in from Videojet India users. Analyse the requests and provide approval in alignment with the SFDC strategy. Be responsible for the close looping of the entire process till final execution and communication to the users of the change requested.
Process Owner: Set up standard norms on new SFDC user creation and deactivation. Revisit and define standard for all the Salesforce related processes.
Business Analyst: Own up the creation and improvement of Salesforce reports and dashboards used by the Commercial team. Perform analysis and provide insights from SFDC for improving sales management. Publish reports pertaining to funnel management.
Development Expert: Ensure capability building across salesforce users at all levels. Provide training to new users and grow the skill set across the organization. Develop SFDC Champions who are fully up to date with the latest developments and are trained sufficiently to be the first point of contact for any queries from the commercial team.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
5+ years working in the field of SFDC / CPQ implementations
University degree preferably Engineering
Proficient in English language with strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in Training and in managing Salesforce platform and tools
SFDC Admin certifications will be preferred
Experience of working in a global environment
