The Digital Operations Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for end to end operations support for Cytiva industry4.0/5.0 digital technologies including but not limited to new digital initiatives, lifecycle management of existing technologies, user management, product/process documentation, training, security updates management, Cytiva internal and external customers satisfaction
This position is part of the Global Digital Technology Operations, Equipment Services located in and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
What you’ll do:
Drive wing to wing global operations support for Cytiva digital technologies – OptiRun Connect, OptiRun Assist, Cytiva VR, Anipart, AI and digitalization of PM records compliance
Responsibilities includes complete life cycle management support for above digital technologies (installation, break-fix, upgrade, security patching, decommissioning)
User management, user trainings, technical and process documentation, project management and new product introduction support for Cytiva digital initiatives.
OptiRun Connect edge devices monitoring and maintenance
Maintain monthly digital technologies operational KPIs and bowlers, foster and practice DBS culture to drive continues improvement and growth.
The essential requirements of the job include
5+ years’ experience testing/supporting industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, Augmented, Virtual, Mixed Reality, Beyond Trust remote desktop control application, artificial intelligence) ideally in service industry.
Proven expertise and experience advance IT/Networking/ cloud (AwS/Azure) servers management, security patches deployments and management.
Proficient business communication skills, dynamic, quick learner, self-starter, and ability to work without or limited supervision
Experience working in operational bowlers, process implantation, Process improvements
Proven understanding of digital technologies and their application in service/Biotechnology industry
Working knowledge of service applications e.g service CRM (salesforce, ServiceMax), Product data management (Anipart, Magic)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
