- Bachelor degree in Dairy Technology or Bachelor in B.Sc Chemistry
- Should be able to perform different quality control testing on Milk like fat testing, Adulteration test etc
- Should also be able to test on ice- cream finished product for various parameters like fat content ,protein content etc
- Should have good knowledge of working of Dairy Industry and all quality control parameters performed in quality control laboratory.
