HR Executive Role
Brief
5D Solutions is looking for an HR Trainee. The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic HR Professional with strong hiring intelligence for the Product Development and support team.
Desired Skills and Responsibilities
· Support on end-to-end Recruitment & Selection Processes for Internal and External open positions.
· Follow the defined process of hiring qualified job applicants for open positions within the stipulated period and match the deadline;
· Collaborate with Department Head to understand skills and competencies required for openings and Prepare. Redraft the Job Profile
· Should know the usage of Job Portals and Social Media for hiring the right candidate.
· Should have good negotiation skills.
· Come up with different ideas for employee engagement.
· Support in Pre and Onboarding process of new joinee.
· Support in processing background checks of new hires.
· Help in the documentation of new joinee.
· Update employee’s personal records in the required format.
· Performs routine tasks required as a part of the administration and supports other departments as and when needed.
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
· vendor empanelment and maintain good relations with all vendors.
· Promote new ideas for Employee Engagement Programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
· Must have good understanding of Recruitment Process.
· A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
· Should show proactiveness and creative with Employee Engagement ideas.
· History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in
· Good understanding of the Job Portals and should know the different ways of sourcing.
· Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be soft-spoken.
· Negotiation skills and quick decision-making skills are mandatory.
· Should have the ability to build a lasting official relationship built on honesty and integrity.
· Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
· Should be able to work independently and meet the deadline.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
