About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service delivery
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers and assist them in resolving any issues they may have
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients
- Assist in identifying client needs and requirements through active listening and effective questioning
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and campaigns
- Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or fresher (or recently graduated)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
