Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and onboarding new client:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for non-tech sales profiles, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and candidates. Collaborate closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs, crafting tailored recruitment strategies to source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify top-tier talent.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ suitability and cultural fit for client organizations. Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring a transparent and communicative recruitment process. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for hired candidates, ensuring a positive initial experience and aiding in their successful integration into the client’s organization.
Demonstrate a results-oriented approach to client onboarding, leveraging new client relationships as a revenue generation opportunity for the business. Industry Outreach:Develop and execute an industry outreach plan to connect with industry experts, thought leaders, and key stakeholders. Proactively identify and engage potential partners, establishing and nurturing relationships to enhance the company’s industry presence.
Organize networking events, seminars, and webinars that bring together professionals from relevant sectors to foster knowledge exchange and collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to provide valuable insights to internal teams. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align industry outreach efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in non-tech sales profiles, showcasing strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, candidates, and industry experts.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships, with a strategic approach to industry outreach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
