We are looking for: § You have 3 years of proven work experience § You have expert knowledge of MS office Products § You have hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc. § You have solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy § You have proven work experience in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes § You have a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage § You have serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred § You have experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures § You are comfortable improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently § You are reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented § You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice § You are flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly § You are self-starter, motivated for professional development § You are flexible working in shifts § You are fluent in English.
