Position – Technical Content Writer

Experience – 1 to 3 years

Location – Gurgaon / Jaipur / Remote

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating high quality content that is optimized for search engines and targets specific audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing technical documentation and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create SEO friendly content.
• Meet aggressive deadlines and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Creating regular blogs for the website around the topics and brief shared.
• Maintain company web pages and blogs, write and post content online.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media channels such as Google , Twitter, and Facebook.
• Research and gather relevant information for writing unique content.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone etc).
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
• Proofread blog posts before publication.
• Re-write, paraphrase, and edit Product feature guides and manuals to produce high-quality documentation.

Skills Required

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Content Writing.
• Strong grasp on English language, usage, structure, styles, and writing principles to develop high-quality, error-free and engaging content.
• Should be from the IT industry.
• Experience of writing content to support marketing & sales of software and services.
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, approach and execution.
• Analytical ability to research & conceptualize new content ideas and enhance existing content.
• Ability to work and deliver quality content in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Must be able to understand IT enterprise products/services and business processes and can write articles, blogs, newsletters as per business needs & latest IT trends.
• Must have expertise in any IT product or services in the past.
• Should have excellent research skills and technical writing expertise in the past.
• Should be able to follow US based writing skills.
