– The person must hold good design sense and should have a good understanding on brand design
– Must be passionate and should have sense of ownership in work
– Should be updated on design and trends in the industry
Ideal Candidate
Its not the years of experience that we are looking for. Looking for a hard working, passionate and driven designer who is looking for a long term growth with the company. A passionate, hard working employee would eventually be getting a percentage stake in the company.
