CitiGroup is Looking for Digital Analytics Senior Analyst (C) Full Time

Citi Global Wealth organization is setting up its digital analytics team to bring in a digital transformation evolution in the wealth banking space. We are expanding our Digital Marketing & CX  Analytics team to help accelerate this transformation through data-driven decision making and digital technology adoption.

This role – Officer, APAC Digital Analytics & Strategy – would entail being a hands-on analytical contributor and part of a team that works on various initiatives for Digital Sales & Marketing and Customer Experience across Asia, EMEA & US

Job Summary:

• Accountable & Responsible for delivering analytics initiatives and projects on improving Digital Marketing & CX Performance
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital sales and digital customer experience. Work closely with Digital Sales and Marketing teams in region and country to understand digital objectives and help them deliver using data-driven decisions
• Some examples of projects/initiatives include Customer Journey improvement, Digital Upsell & Cross-sell, Funnel Optimization, Conversion Improvement, Acquisition Effectiveness improvement, Landing Page Optimization, A/B Testing & more
• Candidate should have extremely strong communication & good story telling skills and ability to influence key stakeholders towards desired outcomes  
• Work closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing, Products, Customer Experience, and Decision Management teams to understand Business problems and come up with an analytical solution for the same
• Bring data-based ideas for digital sales, digital marketing and customer experience and work with business teams to pitch and execute them
• Mentor & project manage juniors in the team and train them on tools/techniques required for day to day deliverables

The ideal candidate would have:

• 2-5 years of total experience with at least 1 year relevant experience in digital analytics roles. Exposure to financial services domain is an added advantage
• Expertise & experience in Digital domain (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics for 2 years minimum)
• Hands-on working experience in Big Data environment handling data extraction / manipulation from huge / complex databases using SAS / SQL / Hive for 2+ years
• Hands-on experience of working with clickstream data
• Ability to structure the problem, hypothesis-driven approach, problem solving skills and strong Analytical ability are important
• Ability to clearly and concisely articulate the problem, approach and recommendations to both technical and business audience
• Ability to think strategically, and then follow through with detail-orientation and execution  and success in managing competing priorities
• Possess good understanding of digital analytics implementation, tag management systems and/or data integrations
• Experience with multi-channel and cross-channel attribution
• Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through different marketing channels
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong executive presence, communication and presentation skills
• Good data visualization and story-telling
• Good team player

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc.

• MBA or PGDM would have an added advantage
