Job Purpose and Impact
The Financial Planning Analyst II will provide necessary financial rigor and analytics. In this role, you will focus on delivering financial analysis and by projecting scenarios for business decision making and business performance improvement opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Translate financial metrics into meaningful insights that improve decision making, performance and business growth in a business segment with a moderate opportunity to impact.
Focus on supply chain and operations identifying concrete value capture opportunities supporting cost improvement scenarios.
Support the financial evaluation of new business opportunities within the manufacturing and supply chain domain including capital analysis for plant improvements and other growth opportunities.
Monitor operational performance including variance analysis and comparison against forecast and budget for a set of given business areas.
Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to identify opportunities to improve data integrity to enable analysis and insights and improve processes that impact data.
Integrate various sources of data using a broad range of analytical data tools.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Advanced data analytical skills using databases.
Experience with design, development and implementation of value added business analytics.
Minimum of two years of related work experience
