Job Brief:

We are looking for experienced professionals who can create and nurture long term relationships with customers by providing great customer service & satisfaction. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in US Healthcare or in US customer service or in International customer service voice process and knowledge of our RCM industry, we’d like to meet you.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • US Voice & Accent Knowledge, Strong communication skills written and verbal both
  • Answering inbound & outbound calls of clients & customers
  • Client interaction & coordination
  • Strong customer service approach to deal with people at all levels (internal and external)
  • Organized, efficient and versatile to Provide world class customer service
  • Providing best customer service & working on quality scores simultaneously
  • Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Note: Note- Above mentioned KRAs are not limited & are subject to change as per process/organization requirements

Requirements

  • Excellent in English Communication Skills
  • Proven experience in International voice process (preferably in US)
  • Proficient in email writing and on chat process.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Able to work on Google Doc and G-Sheet.
  • Ability to work well with a team.

Candidate must have International Voice process experience in customer service.

Minimum 6 months of experience in the US Voice process will be preferred.

Freshers with good academics and relevant skill set can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
