Job Description
Call Analyzer & Transcribers is responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.
Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.
Take up the responsibility of the assigned task.
Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.
Reporting back to Supervisors on daily basis.
Ensuring quality work delivered within defined timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education Qualification: HSC/ Graduation/Undergraduate
Notice Period: Immediate.
