Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and assist them with boarding and disembarking the aircraft
- Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety procedures are followed throughout the flight
- Respond to passenger inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers in accordance with company standards
- Monitor and maintain cabin cleanliness and appearance throughout the flight
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities
- Work closely with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the flight, following established procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for extended periods
- Fluent in English & hindi.
