(Candidate should have experience in advisory services.)

Non-Audit 

• Understand Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Cash flow Statement, etc., Other Company law requirements including Schedule III)
• Experience of Corporate laws (Company Law, SEBI, FEMA & RBI regulations) 
• Working experience of Income tax law, Case Studies and Research. 
• MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working Knowledge of IND AS.

Audit & Taxation

• Understand Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Cash flow Statement, etc., Other Company law requirements including Schedule III) 
• Income Tax, TDS & GST Calculations, Filing of Returns, Experience in Dealing with Department and Replying to Notices and Queries
• Working Experience of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits and System Audits
