Team Lead Responsibilities ▪ Lead a team of Associates and make sure the team delivers high-quality work on time and to budget ▪ Engage with BJAA Teams at various locations for the know-how and expertise to execute the engagements ▪ Discuss workflow management with the engagement teams and effectively allocate resources to engagement work and monitor performance ▪ Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team ▪ Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team’s skills Work Activities include: ▪ Engaging with Clients (Early Stage to Scaled up), Established businesses, and Entrepreneurs for services of Assurance | Taxation | Advisory | Consulting | Secretarial Support ▪ Understanding Business Models, conducting due – diligences and understanding investment instruments and agreements ▪ Co-ordinating with VC’s and CS for closure of investment rounds
