The company is urgently hiring freshers and experienced from all streams as Business Associates (BAs) to sell its technology to directors and senior management of import/export companies. Candidates should be fluent in spoken English, self-confident, and highly professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sales strategies to beat targets and increase market share by:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with importers and exporters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform Sales strategy
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to Business Development team members
- Preparing and presenting regular Sales reports to management
The role will be either Inside Sales based in the Andheri (E) office or Field Sales in and around Mumbai. Working hours are 9:30 am-6:30 pm Mon.-Sat. (with 2nd and 4th Sat. off monthly).
Qualifications
Ideally you match the below profile:
- Pursuing final-year or recently graduated from Bachelor’s or higher degree
- Already based in Mumbai
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
