As an assistant manager you will be workingclosely with the Business Development Head in order to executetheir Business Development strategy. Your responsibilities will beas follows: Responsible for executingmarketing strategy to generate leads. Leadstrategy and execution for sales, account management andrelationship management in your region. Execute call, email & content marketingcampaigns (online & offline) to generate sales prospects andmanage the pipeline Plan and strategize forparticipation in exhibitions, seminars and various other events togenerate relevant leads. Build a strongpipeline of opportunities in the CRM and provide updates on aweekly basis. Complete accurate tracking ofcommunication with current and potential customers in CRM. Meet or exceed quarterly business developmentobjectives. Required to work closely withcustomers across geographies and present product capabilities atmultiple forums Maintain up to date knowledgeabout competitive positioning. in the. marketplace. Responsible for brand positioning to generaterelevant leads. Conduct market research,prospect for target companies and contacts and lead generation Responsible for pre-planning & planningfor tenders, commercial, pre-tendering specs and otherbusiness-related activities and other exposures of the company. Partner with creative teams, other internalstakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Participating with Management in Businessdevelopment activities Identify and drive newconsulting Sales opportunities in Top Accounts across multipledomains of consumer products as well as new and emergingopportunities and offerings. Willing to travelto Regular client visits (direct customers & channel partners) Value Propositioning to customers at Executive(CXO) levels to build deeper client relationship Any otherassociated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time bythe organization. JobRequirements: You arean MBA Graduate with an Engineering degree in Mechanical/Marine. You have Cross industry experience acrossMarine (preferred) / Business development for minimum 5 years. You have working experience with CRM and othermarketing tools. You have good communication,presentation & networking skills. Youfunction largely independently, and at the same time work in acollaborative team environment. You are readyto serve minimum service commitment of 2.5 years in ourcompany.
