The Role: We are looking for young, high energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets. He/She will be responsible for leading a team of business associates and driving revenue through a large advisor partner base.
Responsibilities
1. Identify & recruit right quality of business associates and advisor partners to achieve sales targets
2. Provide training on products, business processes and selling techniques to business associates and advisor partners
3. Provide assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development
4. Ensure that advisors provide right financial solutions to customers as per need analysis and they adhere to required business processes and norms
5. Be the first point of contact for the clients to address their concerns
6. Conduct offline activities to grow advisor base every month
Requirements
1. Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience as Branch Manager in any top life insurance companies in India
2. Should have led team of 10-15 business associates and 150+ advisor partner base
3. Should have track record of achieving sales target for last 2-3 financial years
4. Strong knowledge of financial products, sales processes and its best practices
