Essential Skills
• Confident at challenging, influencing, and negotiating with senior managers on a regular basis.
• Project management – able to balance numerous competing priorities, with impact at Line of Business level.
• Exceptional organizational skills. Able to lead others, think ahead and anticipate challenges before they happen.
• High level of business acumen and excellent commercial experience – be able articulate risk assessment and impact
• Inspiring communicator – Able to craft and deliver compelling communications for all levels, both within and outside BT.
• Agile Frameworks: Demonstrated understanding of the principles, components, and features of Agile frameworks, with a continuous learning approach to new concepts and best practices.
• Ability to understand financial data for analysis and challenge
• Core skills : computing abilities, quantitative analysis, and various financial forecasting techniques.
Technical Exposure:
o strong quantitative skills, Advanced excel, PowerPoint, BT – Clarity experience would be an added advantage.
Stakeholders include:
• MSP Portfolio Tribe Lead, Head of Engineering, DigiCo /MSP leadership team
Mandatory (10+ years):
• Strong experience on Business Ops exposure to computing abilities, quantitative analysis, and various financial forecasting techniques
• BT – Clarity experience would be an added advantage
• Exposure to varied development methodologies – Waterfall and Agile
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate experience of Continuous Improvement culture.
• Experience of stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Be proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel , PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

What you’ll be doing
• Tracking that all the Semblance / Bub interlocks are in place for CIO FTE / Subcons
• Running the CCB with all the delivery / program mangers ensure that they are delivering within the agreed budget / if not change controls in place
• Raising / tracking / receipting all the Subcons / external POs
• Maintaining a consolidated view on CIO finances across programs / Contracts helping provide Senior Management view on Budget Vs Actuals
• Ensuring the MTP forecasted / tracking against the same
• Reporting the finance interlocks on a senior management forum
• Technical understanding of BT Global OSS/BSS strategy and future trends/direction of managed services market will be an added advantage
