ROLE: Lead – Photoshop
ROLE DESCRIPTION

• As a senior visual designer, you will Create a culture of creativity for the global networks
• Work closely with the wider IDD team, inside sales and marketing stakeholders, and copywriters, to deliver outputs which engage customers and drive desired outcomes
• Provide advice to global and local stakeholders to support them on initiatives to maximise brand impact
• Ensure that all brand assets drive a consistent brand message and experience
• Embrace new platforms, tech design content developments and best practice approaches

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong creative thinking across all channels
• Experience working with Adobe creative suite in print, digital and motion graphics
• Expert in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye for design aesthetics.
• The ability to innovate and think critically in a high paced, multitasking environment
• Passion for design, brand and creativity
• Strong written and verbal communication capable of editing and improving written creative in line with visual design elements
• Motion graphics and interactivity experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualifications in graphic design, marketing or advertising
• Portfolio of relevant work

SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written
• Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment
• Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner
• Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
