• Work as a Purchase expert to define a process flow for the S4 HANA implementation
• Work on the global roll out of the Purchase process for direct and indirect materials
• Work on the testing requirements for the Purchase process and provide suggestions and consultancy support if required.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors on the costing and technical aspects
• Work on the cost break up analysis and create costing for various commodities like (castings, forgings, PCBs, Electronics parts, ECUs)
• Work on Agile and Waterfall projects and support BOSCH worldwide clients on various project Management topics
• Work on Agile projects or Hybrid projects as Scrum Master particularly for Finance and Purchase domains.
• Plan ceremonies, create Burn Down charts, assist in creating user stories, moderate the daily Scrum Meetings, prioritize user stories
• CIP initiatives for Process improvement and standardization
• Preparation of Department specific training manuals and presentation
• Interaction with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams for multiple topics related to project deliveries and execution
• Co-ordination and Preparation for System / process Audits and Quality Improvement methods
• Work on project management topics for support via back office activities
• Preparation of reports, charts and MIS reporting
• Process compliance for the world wide customers
• Work on project management topics for support via back office activities
• Preparation of Department specific training manuals and presentation
