Job Title: Trainee Associate

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Bachelor / Master degree candidates.
• The candidate should be organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks.
• If given an opportunity the candidate should be able to join us on an immediate basis.
• Good communication and aptitude skills.
• Ready to work in night shift as the successful candidate spends a lot of time in direct interaction with US project managers and vendors

Job Description:

• This position requires the candidate to assist a United States Project Manager in the successful completion of various telephony equipment orders.
• The orders will typically involve the addition of new equipment into a network central office and the cabling of the new equipment to the necessary drop points.
• This candidate will be responsible for receiving the order and setting up the project in a database, receiving a material list from the engineer and placing orders for the material to various vendors, arranging for shipment of the material to the desired location by the desired date.
• Processing the invoice of the job upon completion.
