Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager at Blive E.V Tours, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships, effective key account management, meticulous database management, and insightful analytics. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sustainable tourism and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
Initiate and conduct outreach efforts to establish and strengthen partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, and key account hospitality properties.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to create synergies that drive sales and promote the unique experience offered by our electric cycle tours.
2. Key Account Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. EV Tours Franchise Development :
Identify and shortlist. potential Franchise partners
Discuss and explain the Franchisee program with ROI, Commercials and FAQs
Coordinate the setup of the franchise with the central team and partner induction.
4. Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related.
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with sustainable tourism, or the EV industry is a plus,
