Overview :The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality designs. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing engaging learning content.Responsibilities :- Create engaging learning activities.- Deliver creative eLearning content and training activities.- Responsible for creating templates, eLearning courses, checking content meets Quality Assurance standards.- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles.- Utilize technical and creative writing skills to engage the end-users.- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.- Meet the timeline and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy.- Incorporate changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner- Work collaboratively with instructional designers and Graphic designers to create an impactful learning experience- Develop learning content in various engaging formats such as courses, simulations, games, videos, quizzes, etc.- Evaluate training outcomes based on KPIs – Key Performance IndicatorsQualifications :- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field- Articulate Storyline 360- Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage.Location:- Anywhere in India.- Ready to relocate to Pune when required.- Work from home can be an option.Employment Type: Full Time,
