Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDA/BDE Jobs for fresher’s in Gurugram/Gurgaon at PlanetSpark located in Gurgaon Rural. The role involves the day-to-day tasks associated with business development, sales, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting PlanetSpark’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and business development acumen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
• Knowledge of the education industry or e-learning platforms is a plus
