Position: Trainee (Fresher)
Process: Credit Card Back-end – Data Entry Process
Education Qualification: Graduate – (50% and above)

Functional Responsibilities

• Read through scanned copy of application form and other documents in the workflow to identify relevant information important from an account opening perspective.
• Enter information in the appropriate fields in the workflow.
• Submit application for further processing
• Verification Teams including Tele Verifications
• Interface with Client, Emails
• Undertakes assigned daily-processing activities related to a particular business/function within the unit
• Adheres to efficiency, accuracy and service standards for the business
• Coordinates with different business/functions to ensure training on processes and procedures relevant to the area of operations

Daily Operations
*

• Undertakes assigned daily-processing activities related to a particular business/function within the central operations department.
• Works closely With client, partners in building Soft Skills, Call Techniques, Verification Modules for Tele and Field respectively
• Adheres to efficiency, accuracy and service standards for the business
• Coordinates with different business/functions to ensure training on processes and procedures relevant to their area of operations.

MIS & Updates

• Generates reports relevant to the business for review
• Provides periodic MIS to the Unit Head / Management to escalate issues/operational concerns
• Ensures all operations are being performed as per the rules and regulations and section guidelines

• Ensures daily operations as per the service standards set

Essential

• Typing speed: minimum 20 words per minute
• Knowledge of the industry trends
• Team working and Relationship building
• Being a good coach and trainer for respective teams
• Communication and Soft Skills

Expected Start Date: 15/11/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
