Hybrid Working
Structured hybrid role:
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction
Data extraction, collation, analyzation and presentation, Reporting for Digital First Operation (DFO) process in BGSC
Planning & Scheduling
UK Client Interaction & Management (As per UK working hours) *
Work transition download and MI & dashboard creation. Automation of reports and continuously build new and better reporting
Proper implementation of the project requirements, if any. Required to have a strong programming and database management skills with an ability to visualize future scope of enhancement for the same
* Candidate required to accommodate 24*7 working hour working pattern.
What will you be doing?
Supply all relevant information required by Operations & Onshore Team to carry out and improve overall service
Meeting Expectations of the Ops Team & raising red flags on timely manner and identify bottle necks
Report Timeliness & Accuracy – Ensuring that all real-time/historical reports are sent out in a timely manner and the level of accuracy is maintained
Attending daily/weekly & any other ad-hoc calls with onshore on a regular basis
Being a team player, assisting team mates as and when required. Workload sharing in absence of team members.
Management Information System
Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting for respective/assigned BAU processes
Designing & delivery of MBR and QBR packs for respective process for review with senior management.
Calculation of performance data based on the daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly plan for Incentive Payouts or contests. Performance data would include preparation of data for yearly appraisal, stack ranking and various other activities involved.
Analysis of SLA’s & KPI’s for respective process pointing out leakage and correlation in performance and providing the senior management with substantial data and study for them to understand and action the scope of improvement of the process.
Handling Add-On / Ad Hoc Queries
Ability to handle the various add-on / ad-hoc queries received as per the various Business requirements. This includes various data, analysis, data update requests.
What we’re looking for:
•Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline
•Should have good analytical skills and competent at logical reasoning.
•Should have excellent Oral and Written communications skills.
•Above average Presentation Skills
•Role specified for UK working shift hours.
•Minimum 3-5 year of prior work experience in Analytics & Projects
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power-point, and Access), VBA Macro. Working
Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Familiar with operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Server)
• Minimum 3-5 year of prior work experience in Analytics & Projects
