The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations
Including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.
Responsibilities :
• Select , Recruit and Supervise Insurance Consultants / Point of sales person / ARPs in all areas of the Business
• Coordinate orientation of new staffs and ongoing trianings.
• Development of team by ensuring process services.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Recruitment process :
1. Candidates will have to go through 2 rounds of interview . Interview will be conducted online through Zoom meeting application.
2. Selected candidates will have to fill up and application form for IC-38 exam which will be conducted by Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority of India ( IRDAI ) ( an amount of 585 has to be paid by the candidates for IRDA Examination )
3. After clearing IRDA Exam , the candidates will be working as an Insurance Consultant and will have to complete a training period of 1-3 months which will include Theory & Practical.
4. During the training period, Candidates will have to sell out 6 NOPs with an annual premium of min 40K per NOP.
5. A stipend of 60k will be paid according to their performance. ICs will be promoted to the designation of Retail Partner once they complete the training criteria.
