Job profile: Client Relationship Executive
Education qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline / Final Year students can also apply.
Responsibilities:
Basic Computer Knowledge with good typing speed
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable employee
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan
Possess a sound knowledge of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Requirements and skills:
Basic knowledge of Financial services.
Professionalism and Outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Office timing: 11am – 5pm. Monday to Friday.
Weekends off
