Job Description
:
Accountable for recording the cost of newly acquired fixed assets, tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets.
Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets & impairment reviews for intangible assets.
Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
Management Dashboards
Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget.
Process improvements, Ongoing initiatives and projects to streamline team procedures and task deliverables.
Ability to modify and develop procedures and policies to meet needs/ requirements.
Ability to handle multiple task and deadlines
Supervising process performed with ensuring daily work is complete, reviewing and approving deliverables, training & guidance to team.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of income tax & GST
Good knowledge of excel & PPT
